Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once a submission has been received and processing has begun.
Refunds will not be issued for:

* Artist change of mind
* Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect submission information
* Dissatisfaction with promotional results, audience engagement, or performance outcomes
If a technical issue prevents us from providing the purchased service, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a refund or alternative resolution is appropriate.
